Inside The Long Run East Africa AGM held at Sirikoi

The Long Run East Africa Regional AGM at Sirikoi brought together leading conservation and safari brands including Singita, Asilia Africa, Cottar’s Safaris, Saruni Basecamp, and Collection in the Wild to discuss the future of sustainable tourism in East Africa. Reflecting on my experience creating The Long Run’s first East Africa magazine during the Covid years of 2020–2021, the gathering was a meaningful reminder of how conservation tourism has grown through resilience, collaboration, and the shared commitment to the 4Cs: Conservation, Community, Culture, and Commerce.
